Metrickle

One product, four ways teams use it

Metrickle records the same events for everyone. What changes is the question. Pick the one closest to yours to see the views, workflow and sample data that answer it.

Web and mobile apps in one place

Every solution runs on the same event data, so a website, an iOS app and an Android app can sit side by side in one workspace and one portfolio.

Add a script tag on the web, an SDK in your iOS, Android, Flutter or React Native app, or send events over HTTP from anything else.

  • Websites and single-page apps: one script tag, with friction, accessibility settings and web vitals captured automatically.
  • React Native: screens, sessions and accessibility settings including the screen reader, plus surveys and the feedback widget.
  • Native iOS, Android and Flutter: SDKs on Swift Package Manager, Maven Central and pub.dev with automatic screens, rage taps, u-turns, the screen reader setting and a built-in accessible survey sheet.
  • Any backend: an open HTTP protocol for everything else.
  • Heatmaps, replay and dead-click capture are web-only for now.

Common questions

Do I need a different product for each solution?

No. Accessibility segments, funnels, tasks, surveys and the portfolio view are all part of the same product and work on the same events. The solution pages just start from different questions.

Which platforms does Metrickle support?

Websites and single-page apps through the script tag or npm package, React Native apps through the npm package, native iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin and Compose) and Flutter apps through their own SDKs, and servers through the HTTP batch protocol. Heatmaps and replay are web-only for now.
