How does yearly billing work?

You pay for 10 months and get 12, which is 2 months free (17% off). Any discount we agree applies on top of the yearly saving.

How do I move to a paid plan?

Start on Free and tell us which plan you want. Our team moves your workspace across, and you'll see the plan and price in Workspace settings straight away. Self-serve upgrades are on the way.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, on any plan: for nonprofits, education, accessibility organisations, early-stage startups and early customers. Every discount shows up in your workspace with its reason and end date, so there's never any doubt about what you'll pay.

What counts as an event?

Each pageview, screen view and custom event, plus the friction and survey events Metrickle records for you. Bots are filtered out before they're counted.

What happens if I go over my limit?

We get in touch first and help you pick a plan that fits. Your data keeps arriving in the meantime.

Do mobile apps cost extra?

No. An app is an app, whether it's a website, an iOS or Android app, or a React Native app. Every plan, Free included, works on every platform.
